Delivery Policy and Postage

Your order is very important to us and we make every effort to process and deliver your order as promptly as possible. Delivery within Australia can normally be expected within 4 to 10 days for product without ornamental service (depending on the location). Overseas deliveries take approximately 7 - 14 days. If your order includes a product that is out of stock, we will inform you an estimated time of arrival for this product.

Breelyn Uniforms uses Couriers Please, Australia Express Post and Australia Express Post International to deliver our products.

We offer flat rate of postage, which are calculated on the basis of location of delivery. For customers in Australia, you can enter your postcode to find out the delivery charge for your area before check out and payment.

Our Freight includes one free-postage size exchange (for customer within Australia and for tunic, trousers, treatment gown and headband only). This term does not apply to decorated items.

Return and Exchange Policy

Breelyn Uniforms unconditionally guarantees all the products we sell online to be free from defective workmanship unless otherwise stated.

If you are unhappy with the product that you have purchased for whatever reasons, you may return the product within 14 days from delivery, we will refund without hassle as long as the product can meet the following requirement:

· All tags must be attached.
· Products must not have been worn, used, laundered or altered in any way.

Claims should be in writing with contact detail, invoice number, date and reason of return. We will issue an authorization number after we receive your claim. Refund will be made after we receive the return garments. Products that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for return or refund. For purchases shipped to an address within Australia, please ensure we receive your products within 20 days of our original shipping date. For purchases shipped outside Australia please ensure we receive your products within 60 days of our original shipping date.

If there is a fault in the product that you purchased, we can organize exchange for you. Please write to us first with your contact detail, invoice number, date and reason of exchange within 14 days from delivery. We will issue an authorization number after we receiving your request for exchange. We will send out the product for exchange after we receive the return garments. Products that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange. Please ensure we receive your products within 20 days of our original shipping date.

Please note that we will not accept any claim for any cause what so ever after 14 days of delivery and we can not take responsibility for your selected method of returning these products and cannot exchange or refund on Products that we do not receive within the stated time lines.

To be considered for exchange or refund, we must receive your products in original condition, accompanied by Return Authorization. The following requirements must also be met:

· All tags must be attached.
· Products must not have been worn, or altered in any way.

The postage/freight charges for you to send to us for refund or exchange are at your own cost and expense.

We reserve the right to return any returned product if in our opinion the product has been mistreated, abused, used, dry-cleaned, washed or soiled in any way.
